ROUND ENGINEERING INC. CANADIAN REGISTRATION NUMBER (CRN)
Canadian regulations require that a valid Canadian Registration Number (CRN) be obtained for almost all pressure retaining equipment. CSA B51 outlines the requirements for registration of pressure vessels, piping and fittings.
To obtain a CRN in Canada the manufacturer of a pressure device is required to prepare province-specific submission documentation as well as proof of product compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Furthermore, the manufacturer shall have and maintain a recognized quality control program acceptable to the jurisdiction in which the pressure equipment is to be CRN registered and installed.
